Thanks for inquiring about continuing education workshops for
your staff!! Click Here for a Description and CEC
count for each one of my courses.
Below are options of fees for clubs and individual instructors. |
|
OPTION 1:
PROFIT/SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR FITNESS CENTER |
| Sometimes a fitness center can
actually make a profit by hosting a workshop on site. The club will be responsible for all
instructor registrations, flyers, and additional advertising for the workshop/lecture. The
course can be limited to instructors who teach at the club or open to the public. |
|
| Boysenbodies fee for
OPTION 1 is: |
| Indiana state: $250 total (per
workshop) |
| Out of state: $500 + travel
expenses per day |
| +$150 each additional workshop in
same day |
|
OPTION 2:
HOST SITE ONLY |
| Free of risk and registration
headache, a club can opt to simply reserve a date and time to host a workshop/lecture.
This can bring publicity to the club. Boysenbodies will be responsible for mailing out
flyers, collecting all mail-in registrations, etc.... |
| Boysenbodies
fee for OPTION 2 is: |
| Generally, each credit obtained by
an instructor is $12-$15. For example, a 2.5 credit course will cost a participant
approximately $39. Host site employees will receive a discounted rate of $15-$20 per
course. A minimum of $250 (in-state) or $500 (out-of-state) toward registration must be
collected by deadline for course to be held. |
