|
|
| More and
more injuries are ocurring in the U.S. due to muscular imbalances
and just plain, tight, inflexible tissues. Not only are we finding
weaknesses in our physical flexibility, but mentally as well.
Life is getting hectic for many students in our fitness classes,
so they come to relieve stress by sweating it out. Unfortunately, they
also leave in a hurry before the big "cool down". How
can we get them to stay? Find out how to mentally and physically
prepare your classes through the use of relaxation, visualization,
and awareness of self. You will focus on the interrelation of
mind and body for maximum results and peak performance.
